Welcome to MorallyP. We appreciate every order and work hard to make sure your package arrives safely and on time.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 business day after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

During high-volume drops, sales, or holidays, processing times may take longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on premade or preorder, carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email or text message. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. MorallyP is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

If you notice an error in your address, contact us immediately before your order ships.

Lost or Stolen Packages

MorallyP is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties required by their country.
